I would like to move most of the text here onto separate pages and leave maybe a paragraph or two at the top. Thoughts?

It is getting a little long for sure. I'm totally on board with moving most of this off - especially all these darn sections. I do want a place for general system design/approach - my team always struggled with getting pigeon-holed and lose track of the big picture, but i agree with you that can probably be covered in a few paragraphs at the top.
