not sure if anyone uses these, but they have special rules so warrant discussion i think

Rule: IN.10.3: "An engine which, according to the manufacturers’ specifications and without the required
restrictor, is capable of producing 5 hp per 100 cc or less." [fsae rules, not sure about fs rules]
