Guys we dont need to list every school that runs a yamaha r6 or other common engines, there are 500 teams who run the common engines. There's only one who runs a rotax, or a B&amp;amp;S, just cause the columns there, doesn't mean it needs to be filled.&lt;br /&gt;

Although technically feasible, no OEM engines that are less than 710cc have more than 4 cylinders; so to have more than 4 cylinders would require either a custom crankshaft on a larger engine, or a completely custom engine block. Western Washington University built a custom V8 engine for their 2001 car, and are the only team to have had more than four cylinders.&lt;br /&gt;
